The Leadership Foundry (LF) is one of seven business units at TSM. Started in 2006, the LF has grown, annually delivering 150+ seminars of its highly sought-after Leadership Challenge Program (LCP) seminar series, which focuses on both leadership and diversity skill development. With over 4,000 participants who, on average, rate their experience a 4.9 out of 5.0 for value-added, and 95% of participants emphasizing a year later that they use what they learned, the LCP is a hard-hitting, instrument-based, practical-outcome focused, proven seminar series.
