Ammunition Logistics & Engineering Support

TSM Corporation provides a wide variety of support for ammunition operations to both domestic and foreign locations for the Department of Defense. Our support ranges from providing engineering studies and assessments to design, develop, test and evaluate, install, and support equipment and system operational prototypes.

TSM provides the Defense Ammunition Center (DAC) with engineering analyses and assessments that are instrumental in modernizing the out-loading capabilities of the premier ammunition storage and shipping depots to rapidly deliver munitions to deployed combat units worldwide. Our work involves design and development of state-of-the-art robotic equipment and conveyer systems to include all operational software programs to significantly enhance existing depot out-loading capabilities. TSM is also the sole contractor tasked to develop operational prototypes that will demonstrate these capabilities to Government agencies.

TSM has been chosen by DAC to engineer and design facilities and equipment to optimize performance of combat units in desert and other harsh warfighting environments. This support includes designing and developing a highly flexible and deployable ammunition maintenance complex for use in supporting combat missions worldwide. These mobile containers are designed and equipped to execute ammunition maintenance and surveillance operations near combat unit locations.

TSM is providing to the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) extensive program management expertise in such programs as Ammunition Peculiar Equipment (APE) and Maintenance and Demilitarization of munitions. Support ranges from development of long-range planning documents and technical reports to the review and analysis of treaty documents between the U.S. and foreign governments. TSM also provides logistics and technical support for development and installation of Demilitarization facilities in foreign countries.
