Core Competencies

TSM conducts logistic support operations for U.S. military weapon systems and related platform infrastructure. Our work involves the Trident, SeaWolf, and SSGN submarine programs as well as Army munitions handling and Navy/Marine Corps aircraft logistical systems for the C-130, C-9, C-40, C-20, F/A-18, UH-1N, and UH-60. Our broad coverage of logistical processes involves employment of logistics management systems such as NALCOMIS, SAS, e-CRAFT, RSTARS, and related peripheral subsystems. Areas of concentration include material management, equipment maintenance and repair, and related training. We also deliver modification support involving planning, staging, configuration tracking, installation monitoring, operability, and crew training.

ELEMENTS

Acquisition and Life-Cycle ManagementTSM is currently serving as the Program Manager’s Representative for conversion of four Trident submarines to SSGNs. This first time ever use of a contractor to manage a major acquisition has demonstrated our expertise in supporting the acquisition process with the program being executed under budget and ahead of schedule.

TSM’s broadly based integrated logistics support experience has a 20-year history across major weapon systems covering naval ships, submarines, aircraft, and Army/Marine Corps aviation and ordnance support.
