Trident Submarine Security Support

TSM Corporation has provided Trident Fleet Support services since 1993. The mission support functions include security support, logistics support, problem reporting and resolution, modification support, operational and tactical deployments, periodic in-port maintenance, Command and Control System modernization, major shipyard overhauls, post-shipyard operational testing and certification, Trident Training Facility installations and modernization, and ship mission conversion.

Elements of the submarine security support effort include:

• Maintain, store, and provide custody control of all classified material
• Initiate security reviews of collected material for compliance with classification, marking, and distribution guidelines
• Receive, analyze, and distribute submarine logs, problem reports, electronic recording data, and other performance material developed during patrol, maintenance periods, and special operations
• Provide data reduction, reproduction, and distribution services for classified material
• Provide crew training in data collection, security, and distribution requirements
• Maintain data history files in accordance with program requirements
• Maintain certified replacement software packages at all applicable configuration levels
• Destroy classified material in accordance with program requirements
• Conduct periodic self-audits, and annual contract audits of classified material holding

A significant point of pride is taken in the fact that TSM Corporation has effectively provided this service at two customer facilities for ten years without a security incident, and with zero probability of compromised material.
