Starting in 1983, as a member
of the Integrated Product Team for the SH-60B LAMPS MK III,
TSM developed technical documentation and training. Over the
intervening years, TSM continued developing technical
documentation and training for the SH-60B as well as the
HH-60A, UH-60, and HH-60J for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and
Coast Guard.
Support for the H-60 helicopter family ranges from mediated
interactive lectures (MILs) to computer-based training (CBT).
Technical documentation development, revision, and
maintenance work includes original paper-based technical
documentation and interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs).
Training and technical documentation development included
flight deck and mission equipment suite operation, as well
as systems maintenance and repair. Systems included:

Lessons incorporate tutorials
stressing physical description, operation, and functional
operation. Procedures lessons instruct on inspections,
troubleshooting, repair, application and utilization of test
and support equipment, and component removal and
installation procedures.
