spanning the acquisition life cycle of weapon systems and covering a
wide variety of technical complexity. We are extremely proud of our

Technical Advisor
Support
Complete technical and financial
management support for Navy Reserve on-site
support of squadrons supporting the F-18, C-130,
C-9, F-5, and H-3 aircraft. Our technical and
logistics support personnel provide solutions to
squadron maintenance to assist in achieving maximum
mission capability. TSM manages this function for
Navy Reserve Force Headquarters (NAVAIRESFOR HQ).
Trident Fleet Support
TSM has been providing Trident Fleet
Support since 1993. Our experienced managers oversee
efforts, such as Engineering Overhaul (EOH) and
Alteration Installation Teams (AITs), to ensure
coordinated results across total programs. TSM’s
superior performance attracts and retains senior
project managers with education, experience, and
skills in managing very large and complex programs.
SSGN Conversion Program
As the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SSGN Program Manager’s
Representative (PMR), TSM works with the Supervisor
of Shipbuilding to manage and coordinate the
conversion of Trident submarines into guided missile
submarines with Special Operations Forces (SOF)
capabilities.
Training Systems
Development
One of TSM’s core competencies is
developing Computer-based Training (CBT). We manage total
program efforts of several Government agencies to
develop training. Many programs developed for our
customers are very large and complex, in the
millions of dollars. Our ability to manage large, multidisciplined, and financially sophisticated
programs on schedule, within or below cost, having a
high degree of quality, is a testament to our talented
program managers.
Defense Ammunition Center
TSM’s technical experts provide the
Government a significant depth of ammunition
management expertise. From modernization studies of
power projection depots, recommendations for
automation of consolidated shipping centers to
state-of-the-art outload platforms, our program
managers provide experience critical to the Department
of Defense’s munitions projects.
BRAC Support
TSM Corporation has an active workforce
supporting BRAC planning and support operations.
In
past BRAC executions, TSM also completed facility
closures, move management, personnel relocation, new
site training, equipment relocation, packing and
rigging, inventory control, turnkey computer systems
transfers, and environmental mitigation. We have
also planned, designed, and constructed facility
alterations to accommodate BRAC actions.
