TSM
has extensive electronic warfare (EW) credentials. Starting
in 1979, the company has provided training, technical
documentation, engineering support, and related logistics
support for a variety of EW systems.
Current technology includes the EP-3E ARIES II update
incorporating the Sensor System Improvement Program (SSIP)
to enhance its connectivity over a range of Command,
Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence links. The
new mission software, for which TSM wrote the software users
manual, links onboard sensors with remote sensors to create
a near real-time tactical picture of the battlespace for use
by the crew or other warfighters.
Training and related technical documentation was developed
for the entire mission capabilities suite. The suite upgrade
includes Story Teller, Story Book, Story Keeper
(GSS-2),
Story Classic subsystems, and upgrade of the AN/ULQ-16.
Work includes electronic intelligence (ELINT) and signal
intelligence (SIGINT) derived from onboard electronic
support measures (ESM) sensors:
Story Teller data and
voice networks for tactical-receive equipment and
related applications
Digital information
exchange system
Tactical digital
information link

Story Book training
covering:

acquisition
Data processing and
data fusion
Situational
awareness
Expeditious SIGINT
data for communications data links
Story Keeper supported
mission preparation and support analysis
Story Classic training
for search and acquisition for low-band signals
AN/ULQ-16 signal data
